Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for your assigned territory, aligning with overall company sales objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs and presenting Tata Motors vehicles effectively.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiate competitive deals to secure new customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, constantly refining your sales strategies for optimal results.
  • Monitor and manage your team's performance, providing feedback and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and new Tata Motors vehicles to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the automotive industry (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present product features and benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A valid driver's license (a plus).
