Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a designated executive within BHEL.
    • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Draft correspondence (emails, letters, reports) as instructed by the executive.
    • Prepare presentations and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical or digital) for efficient document retrieval.
    • Manage the executive's inbox, prioritizing emails and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Arrange travel logistics for the executive, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
    • Research and compile information as needed by the executive.
    • Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively address them.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of business etiquette and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of the engineering industry (a plus).

Experience

This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role. Recent graduates with strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for engineering are also encouraged to apply.
