Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing remote team. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data from various Salesforce products and external sources. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis principles, proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau, and the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute data analysis plans to answer critical business questions and inform strategic decision-making
• Collect, clean, and transform data from Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.), external databases, and other sources
• Perform data analysis using SQL queries and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to identify trends, patterns, and customer insights
• Create clear and concise data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to understand their data needs and deliver valuable insights
• Develop and maintain data quality standards and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies
• Participate in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve business processes
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner (written and verbal)

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data analyst role (or relevant coursework for freshers)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
