We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Back Office Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our dynamic team. You will provide a variety of administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth functioning of our back office. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assigned departments, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory and maintenance
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with travel arrangements for colleagues and guests
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure efficient document organization and retrieval
  • Contribute to a positive and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role (a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new software programs and adapt to new technologies
  • Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
