Summary

As an Office Executive at Myntra, you'll play a vital role in supporting various departments and ensuring the company runs efficiently. You'll handle a diverse range of administrative tasks, from managing schedules and travel arrangements to preparing reports and presentations. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in keeping the office operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned teams and departments.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient document management.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office logistics.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Executive or a similar administrative role (For freshers, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn will be considered).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, email, calendar software).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn new things.

Experience

This role is open to both experienced office executives and enthusiastic fresh graduates. While a minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, highly motivated recent graduates with a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
