Summary

As a Data Analyst at BHEL, you'll be responsible for the entire data analysis lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization. You'll work with various data sources, identify trends and patterns, and translate complex data into clear and concise reports and presentations. Your strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to communicate insights effectively will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, external datasets, and industry reports.
Clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis using data wrangling techniques.
Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
Develop and implement data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate insights effectively.
Generate reports and presentations that summarize key findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Stay up-to-date on data analysis trends and technologies, including big data, machine learning, and data visualization tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field (for experienced professionals).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python (familiarity with R or other programming languages a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Passion for data and a desire to learn new technologies.

Experience
