Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic finance team. You will play a vital role in supporting our accounting operations by performing a variety of analytical and transactional tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare journal entries and assist with the monthly closing process
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
• Perform financial research and analysis to support decision-making
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to obtain and verify financial information
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices
• Utilize accounting software and technology to perform analysis and reporting tasks efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related financial analysis role (an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (a plus)
