Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (highly preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer skills and comfortable navigating various software programs.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Experience

This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Recent graduates with excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to learn about e-commerce are also encouraged to apply.
