Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data, including general ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare financial reports, such as monthly closing reports, variance analyses, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain fixed asset records.
• Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Assist with internal audits and external audit preparations.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting standards and regulations (e.g., Ind AS).
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role (an internship may be considered).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (Indian GAAP/Ind AS).
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Microsoft Excel and Tally (or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience:
