Job Summary:

We're seeking a customer-centric and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant customer service team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone calls, emails, and chat interactions. You'll listen attentively to customer concerns, answer questions about products, orders, and policies, and offer solutions to ensure their satisfaction. Your friendly personality, problem-solving skills, and passion for fashion will be instrumental in creating a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Listen attentively to customer concerns and identify the root cause of any issues.
    • Provide accurate and helpful information about products, orders, return policies, and other Myntra services.
    • Offer solutions to customer problems and ensure their satisfaction with the resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Order Management:
    • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
    • Process returns and ensure timely refunds or replacements as per company policy.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Building Customer Relationships:
    • Develop positive relationships with customers and build brand loyalty.
    • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or services.
    • Provide personalized and friendly service to every customer.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on Myntra's products, policies, and procedures.
    • Actively participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (or actively pursuing).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to listen attentively and understand customer concerns.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently.
    • A positive attitude, a passion for fashion (a plus), and a willingness to learn.
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including internet navigation and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
