Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role within the financial services industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices (generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or Ind AS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience
